Securely pack your items in their original shoebox or packaging to ensure they reach us in perfect condition.

Ship It Back

Download your return label or QR code from the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
